The TD network of Ningbo Mobile was open yesterday and the 3G 188 numbers were made available for the public. Vice Mayor Yu Hongyi attended the ceremony.

　　The TD network started to be constructed in September last year. It was planned to build 3400 base stations in total around the city, with total investment of 2.6 billion yuan. So far, one billion yuan has been put into construction and 1000 base stations have been completed, with the coverage totaling 330 square kilometers.
