由中共中央对外联络部和中共浙江省委共同主办的“中国共产党的故事——习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在浙江的实践”专题宣介会，于4月14日在浙江举行。此次专题宣介会以“一张蓝图绘到底”为主题，来自70多个国家430多名外宾，通过线上或线下方式出席会议。
The year 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Among the celebration activities for the grand occasion, a thematic briefing is held to tell the “Stories of CPC and Zhejiang’s Achievements in Practicing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”. The event starts on Wednesday (April 14) in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province. More than 430 foreign guests from over 70 countries take part in the event, which is co-hosted by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee. The thematic briefing is themed on “Drawing up and Following through the Blueprint”, which refers to persistence in carrying out strategic polices once the blueprint is drawn up for development.

It is under the leadership of the CPC and owing to the concerted efforts and, indeed, the pioneering, innovative and down-to-earth spirit of the people of Zhejiang, that the diminutive province in resources has morphed into an economic giant, making the leap from the provision of adequate food and clothing to the attainment of people’s moderate prosperity in all respects. Zhejiang’s experience represents a perfect reflection and the very epitome of the economic and social progress China has achieved.
2003年，习近平同志在浙江工作期间擘画实施了“八八战略”，历届浙江省委坚持一张蓝图绘到底，一任接着一任干，推动浙江改革发展取得了辉煌成就，成为全国体制机制最活、开放程度最高、经济发展最快、人均收入最高的省份之一。
It was in 2003 during his tenure in Zhejiang that comrade Xi Jinping mapped out and began to pursue the Double-Eight Strategy. From then on, the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee has followed through this blueprint one term after another. As a result, magnificent reform and development achievements have been accomplished in Zhejiang, making it among the top provinces in China in terms of institutional flexibility, the degree of openness, economic growth rate, and per capita income.

Coordinated Development
唯有协调发展才能持续发展。浙江高度重视解决发展中的不平衡问题，努力促进城乡协调发展、区域协调发展、物质文明和精神文明协调发展，全面实施乡村振兴战略，城乡面貌日新月异，成为中国收入差距最小的省份之一。
Development, only when it is balanced, can be sustainable. Zhejiang attaches great importance to solving the problem of unbalanced development. Great efforts have been devoted to promoting coordinated development of both urban and rural areas, of different regions and of both material and cultural progress together with the full implementation of the rural vitalisation strategy. As a result, the outlook of both urban and rural areas in Zhejiang changes for the better with each passing day. Zhejiang has now become one of the provinces in China with the minimum income gap.

Green development
绿色发展是浙江的一张金名片。进入新世纪以来，浙江始终坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念，大力推进环境整治、不断提升生态优势、持续培育生态文化，让绿色成为浙江发展最耀眼、最动人的色彩。
Green development has been the golden trademark of Zhejiang. Over the past two decades or so, Zhejiang has adhered to the vision that “lucid waters and lush mountains are indeed mountains of gold and silver”, and taken vigorous measures to improve the environment, bolster the ecological advantages, and cultivate an eco-friendly culture. The colour green has thus become the most shining and striking example of successful development in Zhejiang.
