今日立春。
Today marks the Start of Spring, or Lichun on Chinese lunar calendar.
立春这天，中国人有各种各样的习俗庆典，包括“鞭春牛”、竖蛋、“咬春”等。
Chinese people welcome spring in different ways, such as making a Spring Ox, standing up eggs and "biting spring".
“咬春”，即食用与春天有关的食物。春饼、春卷或春天的新鲜蔬菜，都是常见的春日美食。
People eating food related to spring is called "biting spring" in Chinese. Spring pancakes, spring rolls, or Spring vegetables are the most popular "spring foods" eaten on the day of Lichun.
在南方，人们习惯在立春这天食用春卷。
In south China, people usually eat spring rolls on the Start of Spring.
炸春卷的黄金脆壳寓意着给吃春卷的人带来财富和兴旺。
