今日立春。
Today marks the Start of Spring, or Lichun on Chinese lunar calendar.
立春这天,中国人有各种各样的习俗庆典,包括“鞭春牛”、竖蛋、“咬春”等。
Chinese people welcome spring in different ways, such as making a Spring Ox, standing up eggs and "biting spring".
“咬春”,即食用与春天有关的食物。春饼、春卷或春天的新鲜蔬菜,都是常见的春日美食。
